Research360 may receive contact details, project briefs, TORs, CVs and other information that users choose to submit through email links or website forms. This information is used to respond to the relevant enquiry or assess a career or expert-network profile.
Participant data generated through research assignments is governed by the study protocol, client requirements, applicable approvals and agreed data-management procedures. Website enquiries are not a substitute for those assignment-specific controls.
Access to information is limited to personnel who need it for the relevant business or research purpose. Sensitive information should only be shared through channels agreed for the assignment.
Retention requirements depend on the type of information and the relevant assignment, contractual or legal requirement. Where appropriate, records may be securely deleted or de-identified after their required use.
